Reservations can be made by telephone, by mail, by e-mail or through our website www.domainelaborde.com. All reservations must be accompanied by a payment including:
- 50% of the total price of your stay and possible additional services
- 20€ administration fee
- 25€ of optional cancellation guarantee if you wish to subscribe to it.
The reservation becomes effective only after written agreement (email or mail) from Domaine Laborde and the payment of the down-payment for the stay.
Any reservation made without payment of the down-payment will be considered as an option valid for 10 days. After this period, the reservation will be cancelled.
The balance of the stay in rented accommodation must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival date at Domaine Laborde. Any reservation made less than one month before the date of arrival must be paid in full. The balance of the stay on a camping pitch must be paid the day before your departure.
The reservation of a camping pitch or rental accommodation is made on a strictly personal basis. Under no circumstances may you sublet or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of Domaine Laborde.
In accordance with Article L221-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the provisions relating to the 14-day withdrawal period do not apply to the provision of accommodation services.
The prices published on our website www.domainelaborde.com are per night. They include the VAT in force as well as the tourist taxes collected on behalf of the municipality. Any change in the legal rate of VAT or tourist tax between the date of booking and the end of the stay will be reflected in the total amount of the stay.
The rates for camping pitches and rental accommodation are guaranteed until the end of February. After this period, they are likely to change. Promotional offers do not apply to stays paid in full or in part. Stays in rental accommodation are for a minimum of two days.
For stays in rented accommodation, a security deposit of 200€ will be required on arrival. This will be returned to you after your departure. Indemnities may be withheld in the case of:
• Unpaid services (e.g. restaurant or drinks taken after the payment of the balance of your stay)
• Loss of the keys to your accommodation.
• Damage to equipment or infrastructure belonging to Domaine Laborde
• Restitution of your accommodation in a state of obvious dirtiness and that the cleaning option has not been subscribed to.
Additional compensation may be charged when the amount of the damage is greater than the amount of the security deposit.
Our accommodations are designed for a specific number of occupants. Under no circumstances may they be occupied by more than the given number of people, including children and babies. The campsite management reserves the right to refuse any additional person.
The plans and photos of the accommodations on our website www.domainelaborde.com are not contractual.
• Arrival on the camping pitches is from 14H and must be vacated before 12H on the day of departure.
• Arrival in rental accommodation is from 4pm and must be vacated before 10am on the day of departure.
Any delayed departure may result in the invoicing of an additional night at the current rate.
Any dissatisfaction related to the state of cleanliness of the accommodation or its general condition must be reported to the reception desk within 24 hours of your arrival. After this period, no complaint will be accepted.
Rented accommodation must be returned with the cleaning done on the day of your departure. Any cleaning not done will be charged 60€.
All campers are required to respect the rules and regulations posted at the reception desk. They are responsible for any disturbance caused by the persons accompanying them. Non-compliance with the rules may result in the expulsion of the camper and his/her companions.
The client can ask for a modification of his stay (dates, number of persons, type of accommodation, ...) in writing. This request will be satisfied according to availability and current rates. Additional costs may be charged. No postponement can be made to the next season.
In case of late arrival, the campsite must be informed by e-mail or telephone. After 24 hours without any news, the pitch or accommodation can be re-let.
Any stay shortened or interrupted due to late arrival, early departure or by decision of the campsite management for non-compliance with the rules of procedure, will not be entitled to a refund.
In case of cancellation of your event without subscription of our cancellation guarantee, no sum will be refunded.
You have the possibility to take out an optional cancellation guarantee at the price of 30€ per stay whatever its duration. The amount of the cancellation guarantee must be paid at the same time as the first down-payment at the time of your reservation. The cancellation guarantee ensures that you will be reimbursed for the full amount paid, less the amount of the guarantee and the booking fees, in the event of cancellation no later than 30 days before the date of your stay. Any cancellation made within less than 30 days will not give rise to any refund.
The company managing the Domaine Laborde declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire or damage to holidaymakers' equipment. It is the responsibility of each holidaymaker to take out insurance for their miscellaneous property, as well as civil liability insurance.
Pets dogs and cats are accepted at Domaine Laborde, except 1st and 2nd category dogs, for a fee paid at the time of booking. They must be kept on a leash at all times. They are not allowed in the buildings, shops and around the swimming pools. The vaccination record must be up to date.
In case of dispute, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Agen.
